“No one wants to work anymore” – how many times have you heard this in the past five to ten years?
How many times have you said it?
And it’s true – but in a different way than you think. There are simply a whoooole lot of us who don’t want to – or are unable to – work in the 40-hours-per-week-equals-working-hard framework created nearly 100 years ago… but we still WANT to work, want to contribute, and many of us still need to earn a living for our families.
Our world, our work, and our cultures are vastly different today than they were in the days of Henry Ford, so I believe it’s up to us – business owners and managers – to change how we hire and how we manage in order to fill our employment needs and keep our businesses running efficiently and profitably.

About Me
A career marketer and graphic designer, I’ve helped businesses brand and market themselves for two decades.
In 2018, my sister and I innovated a new tool for the sewing world – SewTites® Magnetic Sewing Pins™ – and founded a company with the same name.
Since then, I’ve led the company to a 7-figure annual business – all in part-time hours with a small team of part-time employees.
As a single mom of two children, I’m passionate about finding value in and creating work for people who don’t have the desire or ability to work full-time hours but still want and need to earn a living—and about showing people how to do the same thing in their lives and businesses.
I live with my kids in Billings, Montana, enjoy hand lettering, and do all the Montana things—always aiming to Live Magnetically.
